Concern for a Child with PANS
Leah came to Alpha Air Quality after her young child began exhibiting symptoms consistent with PANS (Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome). Frustrated by a lack of support from the medical community, she turned to self-testing and began searching for answers in her home. Multiple indoor environmental professionals had already been through—many dismissed her concerns, told her mold wasn’t harmful, or claimed the home was safe based on limited air sampling.

Ongoing Illness with No Clear Cause

Mackenzie, a public school teacher in Canonsburg, discovered a kitchen leak and quickly contacted her insurance company. Starting with our first call to him, he was always there, eager to help, by providing advice and recommendations. For his initial visit he came and spent a good bit of time looking at our home to evaluate our situation and map out a game plan to resolve all the issues. He actually understands MOLD ILLNESS and if/when I need remediation or further testing, I would 100% choose this company based off all of the time he took to genuinely listen to me and give me his honest advice - which did not include selling me anything at all - though if he had I would've been happy to buy, because I truly believe he knows and understands what he is doing!
